The Aetna Springs Resort is an 80-key, nationally recognized historic resort. Originally built in 1873 through late 1970s, Aetna Springs Resort provided an unparalleled hospitality experience where a luxurious summer lodging retreat, golf, sports and recreation, spas, and live entertainment awaited vacationers, Hollywood celebrities, and political figures alike.

Aetna Springs encompasses over 4,000 acres of land and includes an 80-key hotel, 9 hole golf course, vineyards, winery, several hundred miles of trails, 60 estate parcels and many other amenities. 

Avesta's principals were involved in the development of the project with Criswell Radovan, LLC, responsible for the design, planning, entitlement, construction, financing and legal activities.
