Masih is a registered Architect and Contractor with over 18 years of experience in the architecture, interior design, and construction. During his career, he led the design and construction of over 200 custom luxury homes, approximately 80 townhouse units, and a variety of residential and commercial developments. His work reflects a deep understanding of architectural design, construction management, and the practical integration of both disciplines to deliver successful, high-quality projects. Now based in California, Masih serves as the Head of Construction Management and Design, where he oversees all phases of construction projects—from initial concept and planning to execution and final delivery. He brings a unique, hands-on leadership style that blends creative vision with practical construction knowledge, allowing him to manage complex projects efficiently while maintaining design integrity. Masih is highly regarded for his ability to navigate and manage diverse project budgets, from entry-level builds to high-end estates. He works closely with clients to understand their vision and uses creative, cost-effective strategies to bring those ideas to life—without compromising quality or aesthetics.
