Ronald Merritt

Ron has 40 years of experience managing all phases of Development and Project Delivery. He has delivered a diverse range projects in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington DC, including thousands of urban-centered multi-family units. For 18 years, he was a Principal and CEO for Keller CMS Inc., with offices in Los Angeles and Seattle. While operating KCMS he collaborated with Matthew Ticknor on a portfolio of multifamily projects. His depth of experience allows him to contribute at all stages of a project’s development, including acquisition due-diligence, value-add strategy, and execution.
